Cashew Sour Cream


Cashew Sour Cream
1 cup raw cashews, soaked 4+ hours
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon raw apple cider vinegar  
1 teaspoon lemon juice 
1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt

Blend well, add additional soaking water if desired to thin.
