This is my favorite by far! It's a little more work than I like to go through for an everyday kind of treat, but if you are looking for something a little more upscaled like a ladies luncheon, it would be perfect! It states to use orange blossom, but any light tasting honey will be great. The link to the
Raspberry Whipped Cream is missing, so here it is! Of course you'll want to use an all-fruit jam. I like the Polaner brand.
